Position: Director of Facilities III

Description: This is a leadership position responsible for facilities and providing administrative direction to 23 subordinate supervisors & custodial/maintenance staff in approximately 16 owned & rented buildings across Oswego County. Work is performed according to State, local and federal laws, codes & regulations that apply to public school facilities. The position operates under general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services with considerable leeway allowed for the exercise of independent judgment.

Minimum Requirements (if applicable): Must be civil service eligible or must have current or previous permanent civil service status in the title of Director of Facilities III position in a public school or BOCES.

Salary/Benefits: Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, with Health, dental, vision, sick, personal and vacation benefits available.
