2023 School Facilities Managers Conference Attendee Registration

Paving a Path to the Future Annual Conference and Expo will provide the venue to share knowledge at every level whether it is to the new facilities personnel in our industry or seasoned personnel who what to improve their own leadership skills by reflecting on and articulating their own experience. 

Only DOF and Affiliate members may register here. Business Partner registration is here and requires an SFA membership in good standing AND an Exhibit Booth or Sponsorship for attendance.

  • Single and Double Occupancy Full Conference Packages include conference tuition, three nights lodging (Sunday-Tuesday night), three breakfasts, two lunches, exhibit show receptions, Tuesday reception and banquet and all educational sessions.
  • You must list your roommate's name if you choose the Double Occupancy package. Your housing request will not be processed without it.
  • We will do our best to assign you to your hotel of choice, but we cannot guarantee availability.
  • Spouse Packages are only available with single occupancy packages and include all above package items.
  • Commuter registration fees and individual meal tickets can be purchased for individuals not taking advantage of registration hotel packages.

Conference Participation Policy: Cancellations or adjustments made after September 25 will not be refunded. ALL reservations are guaranteed. ALL cancellations or adjustments made prior to September 25 must be confirmed by email and forwarded to the SFMI at sfmi@nyssfa.com.

Conference participants must be members in good standing of SFA to participate in the conference and expo.
Business casual attire is encouraged during the day and jacket and tie are encouraged for Tuesday’s reception and banquet.

Badges must be worn to participate in all sessions, events and the exhibit show.

NOTE: If you are pursuing CDF or ADC Accreditation, this conference is worth 5 points. Please login to the Accreditation Portal to log your points after the event. Learn more about our Accreditation programs here.

Purchase Orders or payment must be received for all registrations and hotel reservations prior to the conference.

Package includes conference tuition, lodging (Sunday to Tuesday night), breakfast, lunches, exhibit show receptions, banquet and all meeting materials. Double Occupancy includes full conference registration for one individual and hotel accommodations to be shared. When making this selection, please be sure to list your roommate above and ensure they also register at the Double Occupancy rate and list your name as their roommate.
