2023 Conference Exhibitor-Sponsor Registration

The NYS School Facilities Managers' Conference and Expo is October 8-9, 2023. Complete the following registration to join school facilities professionals for the largest school facilities managers' conference & expo in New York State! Sponsorship selections can also be made here!

As part of the exhibitor registration process, you must also register your booth staff attendees! Booth staff are often not registered in advance, but it's very important for staff to have badges prepared and to ensure those who would like meals have reserved them. We cannot accept meal requests on-site. Attendee names can be changed and updated at anytime. Please complete booth staff registration here!

NOTE: Exhibitors and sponsors must be a Business Partner Member of NYSSFA in order to participate.

This person will receive all of the exhibitor information prior to the conference.
NOTE: Preferred booth assignments will be assigned to event sponsors first, then in the order in which registrations were received. We cannot guarantee vendors will receive their desired placement, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please look at the Exhibit Hall Map and indicate booth numbers in which you are interested. Please DO NOT indicate "same as last year." Booth assignments will be emailed in late August or early September. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
