"Steps for Survival" Training

ONE Training's Steps for Survival course takes participants through a brief history of active shooter events to help them understand commonalities and enduring issues before moving into ways to respond. These things include managing stress responses, techniques to improve situational awareness, response options in the event of an active shooter and methods of securing a weapon to decrease loss of life during an event. The course is monitored by ONE Training staff and includes participation sections, a printable study guide, quizzes and a certificate of completion at the end.

This course is available to FREE all SFA DOF and Affiliate members in good standing! Sign up here by December 1 to enroll in the online course. After December 1, you'll receive a link from ONE Training with six-month access to the training platform. During that time, you can take the course as many times as you wish, but we do ask, of course, that you not share your login details with anyone or allow anyone else access.
