With the relatively recent change in the implementation of the Directors of Facilities Law, questions do arise to do with civil service issues, especially with title consistency and also transfer issues. NYSSFA Professional Matters Committee assists our members with these types of issues. The Association also engages a civil service consultant to assist on local or state matters.
