Job Description

Minimum Requirements

A. Possession of a valid New York State Professional License as an Architect or Professional Engineer and two
years of experience with capital or school construction projects. OR
B. Master’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering and two years of experience with capital or school
construction projects. OR
C. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Trades or Construction Management and four
years of experience with capital or school construction projects. OR
D. Associate’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Trades or Construction Management and ten
years of experience in capital or school construction projects
